PepsiCo works hard as an organisation to nurture and develop talent.

The ‘My Career Connection’ initiative was conceived to encourage the retention of staff by allowing employees to meet their career aspirations within PepsiCo; moving around the corporate structure and to different locations.

DVA Digital were asked to deliver a promotion and information campaign for the initiative. The potential issue with this kind of measure is that it can be seen as being exclusively for the beinefit of the company rather than the individual.
 
We decided to move the campaign away from the corporate style in terms of design and go for a more off-beat approach. We also felt that printed media now has a more ‘guerilla’ feel inside a large organisation like PepsiCo, where internet activity is tightly controlled by the company.

The posters and leaflets have been used across Europe and Asia, and Paula Coughlan, the Talent Management Director for Europe beleives that the impact of the campaign is the major reason for the greatly increased uptake.
