Our brief was to make the sixth form seem both ‘cool’ and an exciting challenge to students, and worthwhile to parents. We created an alternative prospectus (we designed the standard prospectus and the website) specifically for fifth formers and their parents designed to promote the benefits, and give the impression that the sixth form at Leighton Park is a step up from the rest of the school - moving on without leaving. The brochure has helped to reverse the trend; numbers are up in the sixth form thanks in part to what Penny Wallington, the schools marketing manager, described as ‘our stunning brochures’.
