DVA is an exciting digital agency with a difference. We work with great clients to create engaging online environments that affect audience behaviour using rich media. Based along the M4 corridor, we work with clients like PepsiCo International, Lloyds TSB, TaylorMade adidas, BALPA, The Blue Cross, Winterthur and others.
We are looking for an ambitious business developer who is confident and keen to go out and meet prospects and drive more new business wins with similar well-known names. Supported by the business development director and another business development executive, your focus will be very much on developing the leads through to live projects.
Ideally, you will have previous experience in another creative agency and with a good understanding of marketing and the sales process in a marketing services context. You will already be working in a business development manager or new business executive role and have an instinct for business development and a talent for creating valuable relationships at all levels. But, the most important thing is that you bring a positive energy, a can do approach, a real desire for success and that you are focused on building business opportunities for a great company.

As the Business Development Manager you will work closely with the Business Development Director and the senior management team having a significant input into a number of areas including: creating new business leads and attending relevant meetings, delivery of new business proposals and pitches
