Web video: Everybody's doing it.
Having recently starting working at DVA Digital Limited, I was immediately impressed with the wide spectrum of services on offer, with many of their recent projects incorporating video with their work on websites and microsites. I had previously managed a successful project that involved filming over 450 videos worldwide, designed specifically for use on the web, so I was keen to again get involved in this area of of the business.
With cost-effective broadband becoming more readily available, the use of video on websites is evermore popular. Research shows that 74% of users, who have broadband connections both at home and at work, watch or download video online .
In my experience, in addition to the benefits of advertising through webvideos, employers are increasingly looking to new media to upscale learning initiatives. Webvideos are a powerful tool to communicate internally to staff, and can be used to train employees in a wide range of skills.
Here at DVA Digital Limited, we offer a complete bespoke solution for your online video needs. Our expertise lies in thoroughly understanding the user perspective and applying it to your particular marketplace. By understanding how viewers consume online video content, we can work with you to develop a marketing or training video from the initial concept stage.
With an extensive production portfolio, we have the facilities and expertise - including state-of-the-art edit suites and in-house animators and music composers - to create ground-breaking video. We can then work with your website provider to supply the finished video in a variety of formats, from flash to wmv, or quicktime to mpeg. Additionally, we can help create and distribute a viral email campaign, to either coinside with your webvideo or as a stand alone project.
Having seen first-hand how successful online videos can be, I think that now is the time to incorporate new media into all future marketing campaigns.
